1. Overview
This website is operated by Kindred Goods (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell to you.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is true and complete.
3. Products and descriptions
We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colors may look different on different screens, and sizes and packaging may vary slightly from the photos. Some products are made and shipped by our trusted supplier partners. If a product isn’t as described, your remedy is to return it under our Return and Refund Policy.
4. Supplements, food and wellness products
Our supplements, coffee, matcha and similar products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements about these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Read every label before use, and talk to a healthcare professional before using any supplement if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are under 18. Stop use and consult a doctor if you have a reaction.
5. Prices and availability
All prices are in US dollars. Prices, products and promotions can change at any time without notice. Products may sell out or be discontinued. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we’ll let you know and refund you for that item.
6. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or stock problems. If we cancel after you’ve paid, we’ll refund you in full. You agree to provide current, complete payment and billing information, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for your order total, including taxes and shipping.
7. Discounts and promotions
Discount codes apply only under their stated conditions, can’t be exchanged for cash, and generally can’t be combined unless we say so. We may end or change a promotion at any time.

Shipping times, costs and return rules are explained in our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.
9. Your account
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account.
10. Reviews and content you send us
If you post reviews or send us photos, comments or ideas, you give us permission to use, display and share them in connection with our store and marketing, without payment to you. Don’t post anything false, offensive, unlawful, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.
11. Our content and trademarks
The Kindred Goods name, logo, website design, text and our original images belong to us or our licensors. Please don’t copy or reuse them without written permission.
12. Things you agree not to do
You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent; interfere with the site’s security or operation; use bots or scrapers to collect data; or misuse discount codes, reviews or the returns process.
13. Third-party services and links
Our site may link to or use services from other companies, such as payment providers, shipping carriers and apps. We’re not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
14. Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, our site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states don’t allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kindred Goods won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order won’t exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to protect and hold harmless Kindred Goods from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your home courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
