Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. 

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order. You’ll always see the exact shipping cost before you pay.

How long it takes

  • Processing: orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Delivery: most orders arrive 3 to 11 business days after they ship. Each product page shows its estimated delivery time.

Our products ship from several partner warehouses in the US and overseas, so orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages on different days. You won’t pay extra shipping for this.

Tracking your order
You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show updates.

Holiday shipping
To get your order by December 24, order by December 8 for items that ship from overseas and by December 17 for items that ship from the US. Each product page shows where it ships from. Carriers get busy during the holidays, so we can’t guarantee delivery dates, but we’ll always help if something goes wrong.

Lost, late or stolen packages

  • If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10 days, or your order is more than 10 days past its estimated delivery date, email us and we’ll reship it or refund you in full.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, check around your home, with neighbors and with your local post office, then email us within 7 days. We’ll work with the carrier to help find it.

Address mistakes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we’ll fix it before it ships. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll reship it once you confirm the right address. You’ll pay the new shipping cost.

Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund it for free.
